Our tasting room features limited edition ciders that showcase hyper-local ingredients capturing the seasonal flavors of the Garden State. Currently, these specialty ciders include, Woods Folly (infused with Cascade hops from Sky High Hops in Flemington), Cape May Rosé (made with beach plums and black aronia berries from Jalma Farms), and Gooseberry Ginger (made with local wild gooseberries and ginger grown right here at Ironbound Farm). We will soon have a very limited release of New Ark Cider—our modern interpretation of the 19th century’s most famous and beloved cider.
Ironbound Hard Cider makes food-friendly ciders that we love pairing with unique dishes made from locally sourced ingredients.
Ironbound Farm is actively creating a calendar of Chef's Table-style events (both ticketed and non-ticketed) that will showcase regional food cooked on open flame by our collective of acclaimed chefs. These special events will offer a revolving selection of creative, playful, locally inspired dishes to complement our ciders.
